Her kindness and compassion during the process of having to say goodbye to a family pet made the process much easier on our hearts. "I cannot even begin to give enough praise to Dr. Strom. I became stranded at a motel in Denver with an extremely stressed out Cane Corso. After asking the local animal control for assistance not once but twice and having them decline me both times rather brusquely, I found Pet Medical Transport online. At this point, I was in tears and had given up of ever finding a solution to my problem, which was loading and transporting my stressed out XL fur-child to a vet who would care for him and board him while I continued on my move with the U Haul. Dr. Strom actually called me as I was leaving a message and not only gave me reassurance but said she could be there to help within half an hour. She took the time to talk with me about my dog's behavior and things I had tried with him, as well as what she could do for us and how it would work. I felt instantly calmer just speaking with her. True to her word, she arrived at our motel at the time she said she would and had my dog loaded within five minutes. She was kind and gentle with him, but I could tell that she has a world of experience dealing with situations such as the one I was in. My Romeo was transported safely to a nearby vet for boarding and just like that, because of this amazing doctor and her wonderful service, a world of stress was lifted from my shoulders. "Dr Storm is an absolute Superhero. I really can't recommend her more. I was at a loss to care for my 170 lb Great Dane who was having a difficult recovery from TPLO surgery. Since she transports, I figured she would know of a good place to take my beloved dog Ryder. She came over extremely quickly, and knew exactly where to go, and she was perfect person when I felt like I had nowhere to go. I'm so thankful of her help. I can promise you, that if you are struggling with an issue with your pet, she's the perfect person to call.. she wasn't wearing her cape when I saw her, but I know she moonlights as Batwoman!!"
