Chick-fil-A

"At first, we were like “wuhhh this is the longest Chic a fil has ever taken”…we had to pull over and wait for about 8 minutes. Then the guy came out with our order of two milkshakes and apologized explaining how the car in front of us had ordered 10 milkshakes and he was the only one on duty. Not only did he apologize, he came bearing like 4 free sandwich coupons just for us. Right when we think chic fil a will disappoint, they redeem themselves and earn 5 stars (at least from me)! Way to go chic fil a. Christ-like service. They care and it shows."

"Food is alright. I have had way better food at other chick fil a's. Staff is nice, but this one woman named lunra is super rude. She yelled at my 2 children over them playing in the play place. Never coming back with children ever again."

"Parking is crowded and confusing. Don't turn right to park unless you a place open. Else the coned off exit so you have no where to go. Better to use drive up or park in front of vacant old Hobby Lobby across the street if dining in. It was crowded on a Tuesday at lunchtime inside. But food is still good."

"Horrible experience, I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app, received the wrong sandwiches so I called to have it corrected and was told that they could not fix it because it was now after hours of delivery. My husband even offered to go pick up the new sandwiches given that they were not offering delivery and they still would not fix the order. Poor customer service at its finest."

"I've never in the 40 years of my life. found a hair this long in my food. This was in my breakfast burrito.. I honestly usually don't have an issue with hair anymore but when I had to pull this out of my mouth. I'm pretty sure I felt it dangling down in my lower intestines you can still see an egg it wrapped its self around"
