Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Overpriced $2.50 for gauc on a burrito plus $1.50 for queso =$16.25 . Definitely not worth it and qdoba is half the price ."

"We love Chipotle - however, this location has steadily gone down hill. Tonight was a very interesting trip. To start - the gentleman on the line was SO hurried to make my meal, he would ask about the next topping before I even finished blurting out my answer from the one previous - truly interrupting me. It made me rushed and feel hurried --- and was not a great experience. Let me also state - it was 7:30pm, and there were no other individuals waiting in line. I then proceeded to order a kid's meal for my son. I asked for the build your own tacos - again VERY hurried. I was asked for the two toppings - which I said rice and black beans. They asked if I wanted fruit or chips - and bagged it up. I was confused - as typically you would make tacos with MEAT --- or a vegetarian option. I asked the cashier, to which he said no, meat does not come with the tacos and is extra. I was SHOCKED - and said, well I would like meat with my son's tacos, I guess I will pay extra - to which he was a little annoyed and taken aback - and proceeded to add chicken to my kid's BYO Tacos. Lastly, I had ordered a bowl with tortilla on the side. Based on the pricing - a burrito and a bowl are the same price. I am surprised to learn that you are charged for a tortilla --- weird. Not sure if this is a Chipotle standard -- or just another training opportunity for this location. Overall, very poor service tonight, and it has been steadily like this since covid. Love the company, this store needs help."

"This needs no description. This was the burrito I just had delivered. I’ll become a Qdoba fan before I waste my money on this again. UPDATE: I got ahold of Chipotle customer service as recommended. Two phone calls, three different reps only to be told “Sorry we can’t help you if you had it delivered.” Never again."

"The past 4 bowls I have received from here, every single bowl has had the core of the lettuce in it. Its thick and no one eats it and it should be thrown away after cutting the lettuce. I used to work prep at a chipotle and we always removed this part. Just a simple thing to make the experience better. Ya know?"

"This store is the definition of uncaring. I placed an online order with them for a veggie bowl. I was so hungry I considered eating it but not only did they give me a burrito instead of a bowl they put steak in the burrito. Typically this would be a win for someone that eats meat but I do not and have not for years. How can you mess up an order this badly? Crazy thing is they even have a sticker of the order on the burrito and still got it wrong. Pictures attached! Must see."
