They stated my return was filed but then checked with the Colorado Department of Revenue only to be told that they were not filed. Worst customer experience ever and cannot trust their word that they even filed."

"I can not recommend this company anymore. First year we thought was a fluke that our taxes were incorrect. This year was worse and I can not get anyone to return my calls to discuss the issues. After multiple calls about my taxes not showing up for the IRS, no return calls until we made an appt that got cancelled. I was told they were sent in but not received. Then another employee finally told me that our taxes were stuck in their system and were never sent. Long story short I had to pay almost $1000 for late fees! Very unhappy!"
