"If you ever want to pay for your taxes don't go to this location the receptionist who is in charge of payment does not know how to do her job. My husband and I wanted to split the amount and somehow this lady didn't know how to do that and the computer froze half way through the transaction; my husband was charged but I was not. She called her IT but still couldn't figure it out. We were there for over 30 minutes and was sent home. She got our information again and still didn't know what she was doing someone in the backround asked if she wrote down our debit card information; I hope she was professional enough not to do that. We live an hour away and she is no longer working with us and said we can come in; if she still can't do her job tomorrow we will be filing a formal complaint to the company. !EDIT! oh yeah, I looked to see what times they are open since we are supposed to come in tomorrow; this location is closed tomorrow! How do you not even know your own hours?!"
