"With tax season coming let me be the first to say DON'T contact this company! I called asking a bunch of questions because I am not a CPA and there is a lot to be discussed at my appointment due to filing my own taxes last year. The lady who answered the phone was short from the get go. She offered an appointment for the 18th of Jan, fillowed by more discussion and deciding the could do December 28th. I let her know my mom was coming into town and I couldn't do that so I asked about just keeping the 18th. She wanted $100 retainer that would be applied towards my appointment in the future. I asked a question about their reviews, because she told me a new company had taken over Kozleski CPA called Atlas. I asked how to find reviews on them before I committed to the $100 fee because the ones currently online aren't very good. At this point she gets angry tells me he is very busy and hangs up on me. I have been burned by CPAs in the past and I am not sure why that was so offensive to her. Her customer service is absolutely horrendous!"

"Using them was probably one of the worst mistakes I've made in my adult life. I'll let the numbers speak for themselves: Kozleski: charged me $900 said I owed $40,000 in federal taxes This could not be right, I've never paid more than $,5000 in federal! I told them not to submit that, something was clearly wrong and I went to someone else. Guess what? Someone else: charged me $400 and found I only owed $4,906 in federal and $79 in tax. What a relief. They offered no refund, not even partial for doing such a sad job. Do yourself a favor and don't burden yourself with their services"
