We were surprised that we were able to book an appointment this late in the tax season and then to be able to securely send all our documents to Sam so she could work up our profile while we were on vacation was a bonus. Due to several complicated life changes, retirement, etc. we were dreading this year’s tax returns thinking we were going to be paying several thousands of dollars to the government. When Sam called to tell us our returns were ready she said she needed our financial institute info so our refunds could be deposited. I asked her to repeat that because there was no way we were getting a refund – she laughed and said she was sure we would like our returns. Not only did we not have to pay anything, Sam actually got us a very nice refund! Sam is an absolute wizard at finding all the legitimate deductions that were due to us. Thank you Sam!!!"
