"You get what you pay for, it's the most affordable motel in Idaho Springs. I don't have a trash can and no towels. It's quiet so far."

"Terrible! Mina (the owner) is a slumlord. Most of the permanent residents are meth heads. On any given night some residents of her hovel can be observed outside ranting and raving, destroying property, making threats of bodily harm, etc. I am a 39 year native of Idaho Springs and know her and her terrible business well...as does law enforcement. Every review that you read regarding her casino problem, bedbugs, and terrible service is absolutely 100% accurate. The Bearadise motel next door has come under newer more accountable ownership, and has been renovated. I highly recommend the Bearadise! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the Idaho Springs motel, even if I were paid to do so. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN. As a matter of fact, she doesn't even allow children on the property. It should also be noted that during a past attempt at helping her renovate a room there last year, she tried to scam the city out of money, did not file for a building permit, and absolutely REFUSED to bring the building up to code, nor was she interested in replacing century old lead pipes. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!"

"Sucks, sucks, sucks. Horrible oriental lady runs it and can't stand anyone but just wants your money to go to the casino . Will not provide you with toilet paper or clean towels. Check your beds because also has a reputation for bed bugs. City of Idaho springs really wants to level the place."

"Owner keeps an eye on things, and is very reasonable, especially when finding yourself to be an honest, neat, relatively quiet person who pays there rent on time. Often hosting BBQ's for residence, also Near most shopping center's, the mountains, bike trails, parks and the river. Lack of public dose transportation make quality of life here in Clear Creek County near impossible to better one's self. So come with a car and defiantly an agenda."

"A dump. The place is not kept up. No air conditioning, no windows to open except for a few and just the bathrooms have windows that you can open. Owner doesn't care about the residents and just wants rent to go gambling. She is constantly a negative person with an attitude. This place is like an apartment"
