"I have to give a thank you and applause for Casey who works in the pharmacy at this particular Safeway! I had never been to this pharmacy before, and she truly was like an angel. She was so helpful, courteous, informative, kind and had the sweetest disposition that anyone could have asked for. She went over and above what I would have expected in assisting me and someone should know what a gem that she is! It is rare to see someone treat others the way she did, me. Her Customer Service skills are off the charts amazing! I am so thankful that I was fortunate enough to meet her two days ago! I highly recommend the pharmacy in this grocery store because of her! "This is a store I frequent usually once a week, but I don't shop here for many things due to the prices and because they are out of stock of a lot of things typically. The things I buy are usually on special or I have a digital coupon for. The reason I keep coming back to this store is because its convenient-in the same strip mall as the Target for my drive up orders. Another reason is because of an employee/manager named Tracy. Just seeing her and talking to her for a brief moment is so uplifting and fun, she is hands down the highlight of shopping at Safeway. She cares a lot about her store and she works extremely hard. My mood is always boosted after seeing and talking to her briefly, if she is not in the middle of helping another customer. I work from home so getting that friendly interaction once a week is good for my soul since I don't leave my house much. Keep up the amazing work Tracy and keep being the amazing person you are!"

"After I broke my wrist, I received a bouquet of flowers from this store. It was so fresh! The vase was tied with a jaunty straw bow. The flowers were all long-lasting varieties, like mums and sunflowers. Eight days later, it's still going strong."

"If I could give zero i would, produce is gross, deli never has food, everything is always out of stock. Will start shopping at kings. At least i can get good produce there"

"NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to this store for my weekly shopping and during my visit tried to use the restroom. The men's room is "Out of Service" and both restrooms are locked. The customer service desk placed a page requesting the restroom to be unlocked. Not only did NO ONE came to unlock it, but the 1 employee I did see blew past me muttering that he didn't have a key or the door combination (obviously aware that I needed help). After waiting for 10 minutes, I left my groceries and left the store. Never will I return to this uncaring and unprofessional location."
