"This store is trash compared to what King Soopers used to be but it’s a perfectly accurate depiction of Kroger and their values these days. I just went shopping at 9 am with a nearly empty store and there were maybe 15 carts, no small carts, and literally zero black hand baskets. All their carts are janky and falling apart and when I asked where the baskets were I was told a blanket “they stole them all.” This is in Littleton Colorado, not downtown Denver. There is a MINIMAL homeless or transient population so I have no idea who they’re blaming this theft on but regardless, it’s hilarious that they are doing nothing to replenish it. I’m just going to be done shopping their as I’m tired of never having a basket or cart because when you go at a busy time, they few carts they have are gone and there is legit times where there is NOTHING to put groceries in. What a terrible excuse for a business. Kroger has fallen so much in the past 10 years it’s unfortunate they have a monopoly on the grocery stores."
"Absolutely horrible experience. Very unfriendly personnel with people laughing at the customer when the customer is still in store. Dirty, so so inventory, definitely recommend not visiting ever."
"Would just like to say that the Starbucks person that works on the afternoons with the beanie hat, he’s a young kid. We stood there for about three minutes as he played video games on his phone we finally had to get his attention. He was rude. He’s been working there. I noticed for at least a month, and he still doesn’t know how to make the drinks to your liking. I definitely think he needs more of supervision and the way he treats customers is rude and unacceptable. My wife will not be going there to get anything from that Starbucks as long as he’s working that shift."
"I didn't know I picked up a shift bagging groceries at your store this evening, while the cashier patiently watched me refill my entire cart w the 37 items I had to unload on the conveyor belt and then slide towards me and fill a dozen bags - again, as she patiently watched. She was very patient at not working though, then she walked away like she was going to mop the floor but talked to security as she blocked me from leaving and other ppl were still in the only line open. Excellent example of zero work ethic, not to mention she was not competent enough to interact w any human being. Do u mail me my check for working tonight, or do I need to fill out the direct-deposit paperwork?"
