"I like my neighborhood Costco but, the front bagger named Sannae gave huge attitude and started yelling to my brother for using my card. I was standing behind him and wanted to pay separate was not a big deal, she made it seem like a big deal. I didn’t appreciate the fact she started trying question if it was my card and if we paid membership and such. This needs to be addressed. Bag and don’t give customers a hard time."

"Great location when it comes to selection and prices, however it can WAY too crowded to the point where normal shopping and navigation is an issue. Additionally, there is a gal st the front customer service that is especially rude when challenged. We had a membership issue that we were told would be taken care of by anothet assosciate and that they pride themselves on making the customer happy, but upon going in we were met with sarcasm, snarky remarks and left unsatisfied. I know she doesn't speak for all the other great employees there but a couple things have left me with a bad taste in my mouth for this location. Shop with caution."

"I'm very tired of having to show my Costco card at the self check out to "make sure it's me". It normally doesn't bother me that much, but today, for some reason, out of a line of 5 people I was the only one asked to show my card. My hands were full as I only went in for some egg whites. I show my card when I go in. I scan my card at the self check out. That should be enough. The only reason I'm keeping my Costco membership is for gas. For all other purchases I'd rather go to king soopers. I might pay a few dollars more but at least there, I don't feel like my right to be there is being questioned."

"It's a busy store, as it should be. Great selection, great meat, everything you'd expect from a big box store. Not sure that blocking off aisles for stocking on a Friday evening 3 days before Christmas is the most brilliant plan, but there you have it."

"Purchased tires online at Costco. They refused to install the tires because they said they were more than 3% larger than factory even though they were smaller than the tires on the car. Had to spend $128 to have them installed elsewhere. Not happy!"
