"I purchased green pan premier pans at Williams Sonoma and so far, I am very happy with the non-stick functionality. I hope these are a healthy option to traditional non-stick. Also, another time I was looking at automatic espresso machines and it was fabulous to get a sample latte from an amazing Jura machine."

"I was gifted an All Clad “cast iron” griddle that was sold by their sales rep as “cast iron only”. It was when I tried cooking on it I discovered the thin coating of enamel on it! Since, I don’t want enamel coating, I tried to return it with my receipt within the 30 days . Allen, the store manager refused to take it back, and told me to contact “All-Clad” why? Allen says “no returns if I opened the box since I used it once —the problem is —the sales rep NEVER told my husband you cannot try a product for it to be ineligible for a return. By the way, you would not notice the thin enamel coating inside the griddle until you open the box and cook on it (it almost looks like pure Cast iron but it’s NOT.) Once, I discovered the thin enamel coating on the inside of the griddle,I pulled my food immediately. It’s a shame William Sonoma does not stand behind their products nor do they train their sales reps to be detailed and honest in selling products. There is a big difference in “cast iron only” and “cast iron with thin enamel coating”. Not cool, their sales rep misrepresent products. And then Allen , the store manager lacks customer service telling me “I cannot call All-Clad on your behalf” basically “ William Sonoma does not stand behind what we sell!! “"

"Bought a bottle of lime powder. Product is awful. Brought it back to this store, they inform me that the "company" doesn't take returns on food items. The associate never told me It's not printed on the receipt No signage to warn potential customers Save your money and get your kitchen needs somewhere else."

"Great upscale kitchen supply store. Love the options they have. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. You don't feel pressured to purchase anything. Love this place."

"My fiancé and I stopped in around 4:30, hoping to look at stuff for our registry. The store itself is well laid out and had numerous options which we were excited about. Unfortunately, the associates seem to lack basic customer service. Not a single employee greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. However, there were 2 different employees who completely storm rolled past us to greet & help an older couple. It’s extremely disappointing that the employees don’t think they need to help younger customers."
