"My mom booked a few nights at this place while visiting a sick relative. When she arrived at the hotel, the hotel room was filthy, the bed wasn't made, the curtains were open, the kitchenette was disgusting and there were tons people loitering in the area. She felt completely unsafe and the staff agreed that this isn't the best place for her to stay. My mom left and tried to get her money back over the next week with no success. The staff was rude, uncooperative and wouldn't even let us wait in the lobby while we tried to get ahold of the third party company we used. We even tried to get a refund through our bank with no success. This was a HORRIBLE experience and a waste of our money during a really hard time for our family. The people running this place know exactly what they're doing. There is no way anyone can stay here and feel safe or comfortable with the amount of what seems like, criminal activity around this area. I will be reporting this place to the BBB. DO NOT book a stay at this hotel. The staff is completely unfriendly, the rooms are filthy, the door locks don't work and they refuse to refund you."
"We knew it wasn't going to be an amazing stay but didn't expect it to be that bad. When we checked in, the lady told us the room cards only worked once and we would have to come back to get them reset. Now the room itself was something else. After seeing all the signs at the check in lobby about charging people if they smoke in or near the building, one would think the room wouldn't smell like an ash tray. After informing the front desk lady she told us we could leave or she'd give us cleaning supplies... The bed was ok. The blanket was super thin for not having a functional ac unit. Only 2 small pillows for a queen was odd. It was atop a thin, metal frame with the mattress matching the thinness. The bathroom was ok I guess. Random stains on the walls and toilet. The toilet hammer was a little wonky so it didn't like the fill unless it was manually sealed. One concern I did have was the door looked like it had been broken into. The dead bolt mount was broken as if it had been raided. After spending the day out, we came back to our door not closed all the way and I was able to just push it in. I don't know why our door was opened as no house cleaning was done. Luckily we grabbed anything important before we left so nothing was missing. Only stay here if it's a last resort. Between the screaming neighbors, rude staff, and overall uncleanness, I would definitely avoid. Sleeping in your car is definitely better though."
"Bunch of homeless around. (Not their fault) When we got here the toilet in our room didn't work. Asked for another room, but apparently they were packed. Highly doubt it. As the parking lot has been mostly empty. They told us we could use the rooms toilet next to us. Door was broken and room had been trashed. The laundry room door had been locked/broke for 5 of the 7 days we were here. Neighbors are cool. But the hotel is sketchy."
"We arrived in the middle of a snow storm and booked a room for 1 night ahead and when we got to our room there was no towels whatsoever, no toilet paper at all which after a long car ride really sucked not being able to use the restroom which in my opinion hadn't been cleaned in some time & the smell was just horrific! Only saving grace was the fellow at the front desk, he was courteous and eventually got us some towels. I would never choose to stay here again."
"Check-in was very simple and the front desk lady was kind and helpful. Upon arrival to our room, there were stains on the walls/mattress/pillows/pillowcases/bedsheets, holes in the comforter and sheets, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. I honestly probably could have suffered through the night with just this, but the smell I just could not handle. It smelled like garbage, weed, smoke, and BO. We decided to cancel our reservation and found a last-minute airbnb to stay. On our way out, we found a used needle in the hallway. I am an easygoing and low maintenance person, and I really don’t care about much, but this was just not good at all. I have stayed at quite a few questionable hotels with no complaints, but this was the only one that I had to leave. I would absolutely recommend staying somewhere more safe and clean!"
