"Our family visited Mackenzie and West multiple times during our visit to Colorado Springs this spring. I purchased a blouse and realized it was too big. I called the store and they were very helpful and willing to exchange it with a better fitting size. While exchanging my shirt we all found more wonderful things to purchase. The owners were very friendly and helpful finding sizes and things that would work for our needs. I really wished I could have had one of almost everything in the store!
