"A fantastic retreat for when you want to unplug from the world and experience a slower pace on life. This place is great for base camp for day trips on motorcycles or side by sides. There are plenty off the beaten paths stops to make. Scott knows them all and can set you up sharing rides with your gps especially if you are using a Garmin unit. Scott and Julie are wonderful owners, hosts and cooks. The food is home cooked, served family style and delicious. We have been here three times and will keep coming back. I encourage you off road people to give them a try you wont be disappointed."

"This place is such a gem for motorcycle travelers. The chilled out western setting, comfortable accommodations, and hot showers make it a very worthwhile stop. Beyond that, Scott and Julie are incredible hosts & cooks, creating an experience that is truly memorable. It's also a great place to base camp for day rides. Go. You won't regret it."

"I had heard REALLY great things about 3 Step Hideaway and the owner/operators, Julie and Scott. So I was pleasantly surprised when the experience of staying at 3 Step completely surpassed my hopes and expectations. Scott and Julie are warm, welcoming and generous hosts. The property itself is beautiful and the buildings are such that you feel like you're staying at a really unique, special place. I slept in the larger cabin towards the tree-line. The bed (one of four) was extremely comfortable; the shower was hot with great water pressure; the kitchen was well-appointed and the porch was a favorite place to sit and watch the cats hunt nearby. Oh, and I'm already looking forward to the next time I get to have the 3 Step Cherry Cobbler. Yummmmmm."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay and eat in the Southwest. Thoughtful service, nice accommodations, and authentic dining. Scott and Julie really understand hospitality and how to show their guests a unique experience. 3 Step Hideaway makes a great spot to base out of for dual-sport and adventure motorcycle touring as well with excellent riding, trails, and terrain right out their gate. Highly recommended!"

The accommodations are rustic and very nicely appointed. They prepare amazing food each night and make sure that all of your needs are taken care of. Anybody who wants to experience the Wild West, Off the Grid, but in great style, should visit the Three Step Hideaway."
