She completely insulted me by assuming I couldn't afford the type of products BMC sells. She never once asked for a price point or tried to explain the types of counter tops sold by BMC. Then she offered "Chinese - put together yourself cabinets". I never even mentioned the need for cabinets. I am seriously taken back by that whole conversation.
