He was knowledgeable, and friendly and took the time to walk us through the different types of flooring options we had for our project (primarily engineered hardwood or solid hardwood for our needs). He set us up with the install company, who came out and did the measurements, and then he walked through the quote with us line by line to ensure we understood what is included in the installation and materials. Hoping that our experience with the installers is as good as it was working with Josh."

"We ordered an engineered hardwood product from LL. The price was substantially less than competitors we priced, and the product was delivered to our house and brought into the work area. Prior to installation I went into the local store and spoke with Demetrius and Joseph who helped me get additional items I needed and also gave me installation tips. When I finished I had excess material and they refunded the material we returned without any hassle. We will definitely come back to LL for our next flooring project."

"Lumber Liquidators gave us by far the lowest-cost estimate on engineered hardwood floors and installation (we got estimates from three other contractors and Home Depot, so we did our homework). We were a little nervous to go with the cheapest option, but the installers who came to do the measurement showed up promptly on time, answered our questions and seemed very nice, so we went with it. We were not disappointed. The installers were great. They came out a couple days after the delivery, got here right when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and were very friendly. They accidentally floored over one of the vents, which I didn't notice until they left. I called the store and the installer called 20 minutes later and came out the next day and fixed it in 20 minutes. Awesome job, Lumber Liquidators. And the floors look fantastic!"
