We were scheduled for a carpet install and worked through pricing and invoice approval. On the day of the install, the wrong carpet arrived and it turned out that we had approved the wrong carpet as well. John Bess worked with our sales rep Rob and they had it straightened out and rescheduled very quickly. They were very communicative and provided updates at each step of reorder, approval, and install.
