"The staff are friendly and helpful. Be cautious backing into the loading dock. The guy guiding me to pick up a water heater had me hit the bump stop. It dented my tailgate and chipped the paint. I didn't realize it until getting home since I drove with my tailgate down. Luckily, most of the scratch buffed out, but not happy about the dent and chipped paint."
