"A while back I signed my daughter up for the PE ERS program I received an email from the director saying if I was still interested I. Replied and then nothing no email no phone call nothing. I called received a call back from. Isabella the administrative assistant who is very rude condisending it's sending and gave me no Explanation as to why they are not taking a sixteen year old for a teen program that goes up to eighteen. I tried to explain several times but she wouldn't listen and kept saying that she's gonna hang up on me. Is this the type of place you want to send your child? They advertise up to eighteen but they don't want to treat up to eighteen. I think this is very discriminatory. And she kept saying well. The director will come up to 3 days. When I tried to tell her before you make a phone call. I would have all the facts and information. She didn't want to hear it and she kept saying. This? Is. A courtesy call when I asked her so you weren't on a call me at all she had no explanati'm hoping they're better with the. Children than they are with the adults"

Every time I have reached out to a supervisor for help in any way, I have received the assistance I needed or the guidance to approach the situation on my own."

"Family Support Center has been my home for 5 years. I love going to work everyday! I love my clients, my coworkers and management. They've always made me feel safe and supported and I hope to continue working there until I retire!! Anyone that gets a job at Family Support Center will be appreciated and supported in all parts of their lives! I know that I can go to anyone in the company if I need help and they will immediately reach out to be there for me. I appreciate everything they have done for me"

"Being the autistic partner of the man delivering this almost $40 meal, I find it pretty unnerving they felt the work he was doing to support our family wasn't deserving of a decent livable wage for the service provided. Not sure what Mr. M. makes, but I'm sure it's more than the pennies to a dollar amount you felt someone deserved for providing a service. Couldn't trust my family with a company like this who just capitalize to gain from hard workers. Just couldn't morally do that."

"Update: It's now beginning of April and we still can't get an appointment. This place is ridiculous. We had a referral from our pediatrician submitted beginning of December, 2022. They never called us, so we called our pediatrician and they gave us their phone number. My husband called and left messages multiple times, and no one ever returned his calls. One time, he actually got through to a real person, and she told him there was nothing she could do, and gave him other phone numbers to call. He called those numbers and left multiple messages, and of course, no one ever called back. He called the southern office today and they told him he would have to call our pediatrician, get them to cancel the first referral, and submit a new one. It's been almost 2 month, there is absolutely no reason for this insanity! We will be calling our pediatrician to ask for a referral for somewhere else because our daughter deserves better than this. Disgusting that they treat people this way. I'm surprised they are still in business if this is how they respond to clients."
