"I rarely write reviews but just had to say that this was the best care and nicest facility I've ever experienced for a colonoscopy and/or surgery. [And I've had 5 other colonoscopies and about a dozen surgeries elsewhere.] The service here was exceptional from start to finish. They made sure I had all the info I needed. My appointment was on time. Nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist were all very professional and genuinely warm and caring. This really added a special touch. My procedure went flawlessly and the pre-op/post-op room was like a personal guest suite. Loved the extras too (check out their coffee bar). Now I'm spoiled."
"This is my second colonoscopy. First time at a different place was a breeze, not as smooth. Second time, from not getting prescription, prep instructions, which took multiple phone calls to no contact with the doctor. After the procedure, I didn't meet with the doctor and. I didn’t get a letter with the details of the biopsies."
"I loved everything about this office. It was clean, tidy, and very welcoming. I went in and had my 3 year old daughter and my dad with me. Not only did they take care of me, but they made sure that my daughter and dad were comfortable also. My dad was able to get a complementary coffee from their Bottoms Up Cafe while he waited and my daughter, who was uneasy with me leaving her sight, was happy to be given hot chocolate and a chance to pick a snack. When she got upset later on they even gave her a warm blanket to cuddle. My procedure was quick, each nurse I came into contact with was sweet and calming, and I was on my way out the door within about an hour of my scheduled time. After fasting, it was nice to know that I would wake up to the coffee I ordered before the procedure and a snack. The whole staff, truly, took care of me and my family wonderfully and, if I should ever need this procedure again or another, I would gladly walk back through their doors."
"First: My wife had a scheduled day to have the procedure. They gave her no information about do's and dont's. My wife went on Google to see what to take for prep. The morning before she took Miralox, Dulcolax and Gatorade. Calls first thing the day before Monday. Asked questions. Made sure she was on track. They said our appointment wasn't till Wednesday. She already started her prep. She figured she put down the wrong date. Thought nothing of it. Then my wife asked if she can eat being its two days away. They said, you can eat rice tomorrow morning. They didn't tell her she couldn't drink 3 hours before the procedure. They asked if we received an email with all info, we repeatedly told them no. Second: We get there. They bring us back to the room. I noticed all the baseboard are off all the walls in all the rooms. Holes in the bottom of walls. The walls still needed drywall repair. They try to cover up the unrepaired walls with paint. They had two little gauze with blood on the floor. At this point im creeped out. They only person that I felt that was running on all cylinders was the anesthesiologist. She had a great additute and professional. Everyone else had a chip on their shoulder with that fake smile. My wife has the procedure. Doctor comes in to talk to me and said. Everything went well. She wasn't happy with the prep. Maybe thats because we didn't have the right information. The doctor was a bit flustered. I don't know if it was because my wife or her staff. The doctor sead, she would be in to talk to my wife in a couple of minutes. My wife was wheeled back in the recovery room. We wait, we wait, we wait. They come in, they said, the doctor should be in shortly. We wait and wait. We were in the room across from main desk. They get a phone call. They doctor left. The lady behind the desk told our nurse that the doctor left. The nurse tells us that the doctor was upstairs in a meeting. ( Obviously the nurse lied ) The doctor calls back and said. She will call us when she gets a chance. She called us an hour latter after we left. Third: The place was filthy. If there going to remodel, shut down, do the remodel and get everything sanitized and clean once. Forth: Looking back on the appointment. After seeing what I saw. I think they double booked us on Tuesday and pushed us to Wednesday. We will not be going back. It was just a mess from day one."
"Excellent experience for my second procedure with this office. Always answered the phone when I called, addressed my questions, even had to reschedule it once and they were very helpful. Love their Bottoms UP Cafe! I asked for the warm neck compress infused with essential oils and it was so calming around my neck! Also ordered a latte and drank it right up after the procedure. Very friendly staff, from the receptionist when I first walked in, to the nurses, Dr. Mitchell and all other medical staff that helped me including the anesthesiologist."
