Dr. Wente remembered me and everything about that surgery. The current pain is not related to that previous surgery but he still took the time to investigate what it could be."

"I gave it a 4 because I trust and respect Dr. York. I was unhappy with the person I spoke to about getting my surgery authorized. The first person who called was very nice. We couldn’t compete the authorization because of an insurance issue. She told me she was off the next day but I could give the information to her coworker along with any information United provided. I did just as she asked. The coworker who called me was rude and condescending. The communication through the portal is weak at best. I will continue to go to the practice because I do respect and appreciate Dr.York"
