They are so kind and helpful and informative when I seem unsure what to do and what I can ask for, even if I call back multiple times in a day. And they always answer. "Both my kids have been coming here since 2019. Rob was my sons provider and Lyndsey was my daughters provider. Both have left the practice. My 2 stars are strictly for the providers that have treated my kids. The front office staff however can absolutely use some education on telephone etiquette. There’s been tremendous turn over with the front staff and my family has definitely felt the shift in the culture within the office. There’s a huge disconnect from provider to front office to patient. Too many hands in the pot can potentially create more chaos which is what we experience every time we need to call about follow ups, refill requests, etc. “the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing”. We see more apathy than empathy which is incredibly disheartening given this is a psychiatry office dealing with mental health. The decline in patient care here is going downhill and when you see providers leaving left and right it speaks volumes about the practice as a whole. Patients should be treated as though they matter are that they are heard, validated, and acknowledged. Not just some insignificant call they need to make “again”."
