"Excellent! The entire medical staff are very professional and kind. I had the best pre-op nurse kellee, the best surgeon Bonds, and the best post op nurse when I woke up- too groggy to remember her name. They all provided information in a professional and kind manner. They eased my mind. I was very nervous prior to surgey due to my medical insurance"s disfunction but the sky ridge spine and joint team eased my fears. Including the anesthesiologist who listened and reassured me too, I had a previous trauma and they actually listened and understood my nervousness. I was not just a $number$. I loath and despise my medical insurance- the kaiser -which gives me zero confidence and gave NO info on post op or pre op care - but sky ridge provided detailed info and treated me like a human! It felt like individual care- they actually care. Entire staff are so kind AND intelligent. THANK GOD for sky ridge spine and joint center medical professionals!!! They also had excellent communication with my family waiting. And I feel great. Fast recovery! Thanks."
"I have dealt with a lot of different clinics when it comes to my back issues. I am so grateful that I had the team that I did for my kyphoplasty a few days ago. Nurses Kellee, Alex, and Caitlin were so kind and encouraging. Dr Rauzzino always made me feel comfortable since our first meeting. His staff at his office are so kind as well. Every person I met treated my sister and myself with so much care and respect. They answered every question and made sure we both felt comfortable. I am so appreciative of the service I was given. Surgery is a scary prospect, but the whole staff made every step as comfortable and smooth as possible."
