"this is for all the mednow clinics this has nothing to do with the Doctors or Nurses they are fine. The staff never answers the phone and isn’t friendly. the few times i’ve gone i’ve waited almost two hours to be seen by a doctor and only ended up talking to one for not even ten minutes. they bill your insurance wrong and refuse to call you back to fix it even after you’ve called ten plus times. it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone here. don’t go to this place the customer service sucks and they will overbill you."

"Do not make MedNOW Clinics- Greenwood Village you primary care. What an absolute fall from grace once MedNOW took over for Village Family. The final straw was having to get a referral from them, due to insurance reasons, for something that was found at a specialist, to be able to go to another specialist. I had to go in when this could have very easily been done over the phone. I go in to this referral appointment which takes all of 15 minutes where the nurse types down almost word for word what I tell them because this problem cannot be seen by whatever equipment they have. I then get the bill for $300 with them calling it a long appointment and stating in the bill that they had a medical decision made of moderate complexity. They did not add anything to what I already found at my other specialist but yet they had the gall to try and charge me for a decision made on their end. These people will nickel and dime you for everything because the only bottom line they see is money. Never going to another MedNOW Clinic"

"I’m very disappointed with the shift from Village Family Practice to MedNow Clinics. The staff (especially the front office) is consistently unfriendly, and the practice is now entirely money driven. They actually call before your appointment just to collect your fee, and they ask you to complete their “am I depressed” forms without telling you about them – or following up to see if there’s an issue that should be addressed – and then they charge an extra fee for the ‘service provided.” After many years, I’m going to find a new GP so I don’t have to go back to MedNow Clinics."

"I was an established patient of Village Family Practice. They changed ownership groups to Mednow and all the sudden I was forced to come to more frequent in person visits for some new urine test requirement. What a scam! They are after the cash grab over billing for an unnecessary urine test then charging me an extra $200 for it! Apparently because the new purchasing physician is a pain management provider its his requirement. Not mine! I'm not there for pain management. They refused to work with me or adjust this charge off. I'm switching!"

"The rating has to do with the office staff since the clinic changed from Family Village Practice to MedNOW clinics and not the doctors themselves. First off, let me say that Dr. Nell Davis is completely amazing! This is no way reflects on her or Flo, who is also awesome. This is solely to do with the office staff-Andrew and Miranda. I have literally for months been asking them in person, through phone calls and emails to simply have some records and information sent from their office to another specialty doctors office. This information is required in order to make an appointment. They have promised and told me they would send the information or the information had already been faxed. It never had and the specialty doctors office (very few in the area to chose from) would not make me an appointment. I finally reached another contact in the office named Chloe. She took the time to finally get the records I needed sent and work through the red tape. I would just advise anyone to ask for her first. She is a true professional and did in a couple of hours what the other 2 could not do all summer. Andrew and Miranda are not helpful or truthful and have made me delay care through their negligence and lack of competency. Ever since the clinic has become MedNOW, it has gone done hill. Love the doctors, hate that another small business has been bought and turned into a corporate machine where patients are numbers and not valued. The doctors are still amazing, but the "new" company sucks! Beware future patients."
