"What a kind and caring urgent care. I came in with sinus issues. It was easy to schedule an appointment the night before and they were ready and waiting for me. They were clear in assessing what was wrong and gave me multiple options on how to treat. Will be back when sick again."

"I came to Advanced Urgent care for IV fluids after a medical procedure earlier in the week knocked me out. Jason, Lauren, and Romero were amazing! Even though they were busy, they got me what I needed super quickly and easily, and took the time to talk through everything with me. They made sure I understood what options I had regarding additional treatments and tests, and were very understanding, honest, and friendly the entire time I was there. I'm very glad that they were around to help me, and I will definitely be back the next time I need an urgent care center."

"Everyone has good days and off days - the two times I've been to this facility, they have been 'off! However, after writing a poor review (see below), the management immediately contacted me (that's good) and provided apologies and the direction I needed. I've raised their star rating appropriately. Definitely give them a shot and make your own decision. - Facility is either understaffed or just plain slow. - Desk staff and tech are not trained for customer service. - The 2x I've been there over the past year or so, I have not been satisfied with the attentiveness. - But they do like to get that payment upfront are are highly trained in that area!"

"I may have hit it at just the right time, but I was seen immediately. A receptionist came outside to greet me right away and she quickly checked me in. I sat in the waiting area for a few minutes before promptly being seen by a nurse and then by the PA. The waiting area and office were clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The PA, Logan, far exceeded my expectations. He treated me with care and did not rush me, though he was also efficient. The next day, Logan called me to follow up and see how I was doing. I hope not to return again soon because who wants to be sick or injured, but I will not hesitate to return to this location as needed. Thank you to the staff for your help that evening - I am feeling so much better now!"
