"I seriously fractured my thumb during a sporting event on a Wednesday. I drove 45 mins up to this location, arriving at 6.15pm (the hours state the location is open until 7pm). When I arrived, the doors were locked. I called and asked what was going on and they said they had closed early for the day as it was summer. This is an urgent care facility, not a burger joint. I was frustrated that I drove quite far with a bad injury and they decided to close early without updating their hours."

"I called last night at 8.30pm as they close at 9pm to ask if it will still be possible to get an X-ray as I fell rock climbing and hit my head and shoulder - lady on the other line bluntly said unless you live next door it will be a bother for me to go there. I told her I live 5mins away and just need to get someone to drive me there but she kept trying to deter me and said that they’ll see me unless someone else comes in and also that they had no drugs at their location. Such poor patient care..."

"I suffered a wrist and thumb injury and went here out of desperation on a Friday night. I didn't wait too long in waiting room, when a physician's assistant came to see me. It became apparent after she disappeared for quite awhile, that she was the only one there. There wasn't a single actual doctor on site. Then she did all these tests and didn't realize they hadn't done x-rays. She showed me the x-rays and told me I had a broken bone in my wrist. Then gave me a brace and told me to come back to see someone in their practice in 10 days. I told her I already had an Orthopedist and would follow up with him and asked for the x-rays. When I went to see my orthopedist, he said the x-rays were normal and I likely had a tendon injury. I don't know whether she was incompetent, or simply told me I had a broken bone to get me to come back to their practice and make money. Either way, I would suggest going to an Urgent Care where they actually have doctors on site who know how to read an x-ray."

"What a great place! Injured my ankle and didn't want to sit in the ER and wait to see a doctor. I googled "Urgent Care Orthopedics" and Boulder Bone and Joint came up. My husband drove me to their office and I was seen immediately - came away with a lovely walking boot and a broken ankle diagnosis. Such a better experience than sitting in the ER."
