"I had to wait 1h 45 min for my appt. Then I had to wait 45 min in the exam room before I was seen. There was no communication between the sign in staff and patients as to what to expect regarding wait times. This would be helpful. Plus one of the sign in staff was eating a donut as the other person was signing in a patient. Pretty unprofessional. The PA was I saw rather abrupt. He did exam me and gave me a script that I needed, but he could use some training on interpersonal interactions."

"Excellent. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and immediately ushered to back to get bleeding stopped and dressed. Then led to complete paperwork. Had lots of support in completing information. Then sent back to cleaned up wounds and dressed. Dr explained what I needed. Nurse wrapped me and gave tetanus shot. When I was finished Animal Control was there to interview me in private. Overall experience was excellent."

"I was in town visiting and sustained an injury that needed stitches to be placed. I had an airline reservation to depart at 2:30 PM. I walked into the office at 11:55 AM and I was told that the office was getting ready to close for lunch. I told the staff about my injury and my predicament in regard to my flight to return back home. The staff was extremely accommodating, and they got me all set and ready during their lunch break such that I was ready to be sewn up as soon as possible. I walked out of the door at 1 PM, right on time and had no problems making my flight. In our world where medicine has really fallen apart (I’m a retired physician). It was nice to see a clinic and personnel who are willing to go the extra mile when they really didn’t have to, but did so to help out an individual. Thank you."

"Front desk staff were amazing. So was the MA. But as soon as Elizabeth the PA came in the room, I felt judged. I brought my son in as soon as he started complaining about his eye and it being red because he has had a history of pink eye. First thing they asked if he has had any other symptoms, cough, sore throat ect. I just said a cough, with that alone, she ruled it out as viral and didnt want to give me any drops for his eye. With my son going to school and being at day care, and I quote "only reason i am sending it in." If she cared to ask, my son has Asthma and always has a cough when it gets colder outside. Secondly, my daughter wanted to tell her something and she responded with "hold on honey, i have actual sick people waiting for me" I hate going to the RV walk in clinic because its in Delta, but with this encounter alone. I might have to. Terrible bedside manner."

"They quoted accurate waiting times and allowed me to go home while I waited to be seen. Which meant my 6 month old didn't have to sit there picking up any bugs that may come through. I am beyond thankful for them being available when my own doctors office would not return or answer a phone call(and still hasn't after 2 more calls) I was able to go back in and check on results without feeling like an inconvenience. They went above and beyond to help me sort out my medical issues!"
