"This place didn’t take care of a pre-authorization for a Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor. I had one for three years before becoming a victim of these people. They lied to me for three months that it was being done they were working on it. Finally they admitted that they were having “contractual issues with Medicaid and they couldn’t write pre-authorizations.” Basically they had allowed my diabetes to get to out of control numbers because they were trying to hide this from me in the hopes that their own issues with Medicaid would miraculously resolve. Daniel Swain was more interested in talking to me about a muscle relaxer that last for 90 minutes and is not an opiate. He was trying to be able to claim he was treating me for substance abuse. I was mad as hell! Then I get a phone call from them telling me that I had been rude and that before they would see me again I had to sign a behavior contract with them. I told them that if they would sign a contract with me stating they would not tell me lies or continue to put up a facade and put false narratives in my records that I would feel fine about signing a contract regarding BEHAVIOR. Perhaps the real problem is not anger management but stupidly tell patients lies management should be a priority in mental health care. Their failure to do the pre-authorization to this day has caused me to be unable to get a CGM. This is the gold standard for diabetic care. Instead I have the old fashioned low ball glucose prick your finger cheap Medicaid model. Because Medicaid can’t figure out that I wasn’t diagnosed yesterday but back in 2014. These people are awful and that is putting it mildly. I am glad that I told them to shove their BEHAVIOR CONTRACT up their hind ends. They won’t even give me my medical records."
"Keeps going downhill. Blood draws usually are fine, once left bruising. Front desk staff have always been curt and valuing protocol over patients. There was a period in summer of 2022 where they just didn't answer phones at that location and I had to drive there just to book an appointment. But to be fair this has been improving recently after a reprimand from the supervisor at the regional call center. They had a great doctor at this location, but she left. Now everyone has to restablish care even to continue prescriptions (on your own co-paying dime of course). Got squeezed in for a semi-urgent issue with an N.P. and misdiagnosed the issue. Seems to forecast how patient care is going to be here going forward. Such a waste of our money on poor medical care. The net effect is it frustrates us into avoiding going in unless absolutely necessary. Which I'm sure makes insurance companies love them."
