"The older woman in the front desk is incredibly rude. I will say I speak a little fast and I was talking about non standard insurance, a term she for sure knows, and she asked 3 times I don’t understand you and the last one time she kept saying I still don’t understand you. I keep asking questions wondering if she will keep talking with a bad attitude and bad energy. She did and when I finished and turned around to leave the office, she took a breath of frustration. I would like to think she was having a bad day, but it was not that. She is just that type of person. I am going around offering a type of service, and I completely I understand when someone does not need my services, but there is no need to be rude. It’s funny their name is San Juans and she dislikes accents so much."
