"Initially we thought the service Jeremy provided was professional and courteous. However there was a hiccup with our auto insurance through Foremost, which is the economy version of Farmer’s. After waiting two weeks to get this resolved our confidence in Jeremy and Farmers has been irreparably damaged as he no longer keeps us abreast as to what is going on and he no longer seems to try to get the problem resolved. I can’t imagine what would happen if we actually filed a claim. So my advice is to look elsewhere for insurance where customer service is a premium. When I did I found several practices within Farmer’s that are questionable at best and settled upon a company that charges less, but you get more for your premium. It pays to shop around."
