"This is one of the most insensitive and offensive classes I have ever taken. Consent was discussed frequently and then jokes were made about it as well as contradictory statements that clearly indicated consent was a joke to the teacher. There were many insensitive remarks and jokes made about insisting everyone smile and talking about the way that men and women should behave and think. It is fine to have those opinions but they should be left out of the studio. There is no ability to follow your own practice when the teacher clearly has a narrow, close minded belief of what that practice should be. This was a disappointment and I was hoping to learn more about improving my skills and practice and that is hardly touched upon because of the loud music, loud jokes, and peer pressure."

The schedule allows for plenty of flexibility to get back into my practice and I highly recommend the yin classes, it's done a lot to help me re-center, grouns, and reduce stress.
