"Love this place. Have had my kids here for 6 months. I know they are safe, happy, and learning a ton. Staff and leadership are very approachable and collaborative. Teachers really care for the kids and I am amazed by their patience and kindness. My older daughter is pre-k and she has learned so much. I highly recommend ALC."

"I don't recommend this daycare if your child has any kind of special need or isn't neurotypical. You can see from several reviews previous to mine that children with special needs are forced out of this daycare. We should have taken greater care to acknowledge those other views. We changed to this daycare because it was closer and we liked the idea of certain programs and the lunch offering. It was honestly one of the biggest mistakes we have made as parents to come here. Our son does have some sensory needs and was born prematurely, and they assured us that he would be okay there and they would be able to regulate his behavior. He joined the toddler room and his disruptive behaviors exploded. We tried all sorts of strategies and had extra professional supports and a treatment team they didn't give us a chance to solve it. One day about a month in they just pulled my wife aside and told her that our son was disenrolled. This was extremely sudden and we asked for extra time to find a new location. They granted us 2 weeks but then sent him home the first day due to behaviors. We ended up pulling him out the next day as it wasn't a supportive and encouraging environment any longer. We heavily regret switching here from our previous daycare. I think there was a lot this place could have done differently to support our child and in the end I don't recommend this daycare to anyone."

"My baby girl is in the infant room and she LOVES her teachers. She is so happy to go in every day. They serve good food, they taught her to wave and blow kisses. I love when they do arts and crafts and send me pictures. Overall very happy with how things are going!"

"Advantage Learning Center is a great place to work and take your children to! I have been an employee for over 3 years and it is the best center I have ever worked at in my career. The owner and director are attentive to your needs and are there to support you. The center is clean and very safe. With the 20th year remodel, the place looks even better now! I started off in a toddler room and moved up to the preschool room. I now work as the trainer and office administrator. The cook is wonderful and makes delicious meals! They hire teachers who are dedicated to Early Childhood. I can say we did have a patch of high turnover but we now have stable teachers in each classroom! During the turnover everyone worked together and was recognized for their teamwork. Parents- you can feel safe and gain trust with our wonderful teachers here. Teachers- you can work in a positive, rewarding environment with other dedicated teachers."

"I have been an employee at Advantage Learning Center for 3.5 years and in childcare for 7 years. Throughout my time here at Advantage, I have developed close friendships with my co-workers and strong relationships with many of the families. My skills as a teacher have grown through experienced teachers who have mentored me as well as the training offered to employees four times a year. Pat, the director, is more than generous with giving time off and making sure that employees have the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Bev, the owner, is active in the community and always looking for ways to grow our program. Even through the turnover rate at daycare centers can be high, we have a staff of strong, supportive teachers who strive to give each child an individualized and engaging experience. Overall, this is a well-maintained center where a child can develop early literacy, social-emotional, and gross motor skills in a safe and positive environment."
