"I coach and instruct professionally for ski and snowboard athletes. Because of this background, I'm pretty critical about the coaching and instruction my daughter receives. A month in I could not be happier with the approach that Adrenaline has taken for the Beginner Rec athletes. This is my daughter's first introduction to the sport of gymnastics. The staff and coaches have been extremely welcoming to us. Tasks attempted are achievable but challenging and build progressively. With every skill and in every rotation, she receives clear simple directions, timely and specific correction, encouragement for effort, and meaningful praise. I especially appreciate that her class is conducted alongside all ages and levels of athletes I feel this helps create an atmosphere of excitement and possibility for my daughter. There is a definite air of learning the sport to a degree of excellence even if she is just starting out that I appreciate. Also because this is a Pandemic we are living in I'll say I am impressed by the steps taken to address concerns of infection. Athletes are kept distanced without seeming isolated and equipment is regularly disinfected.
