"Beware on inclement weather days! They don't notify you if they have a delay or closure. I arrived for my 7 am appt (check-in time 6:45 am), waited for about 20 minutes only to hear someone down the hall say they have a 2 hour delay. I got NO notice. Oh, but they'll call you 20 times to confirm your appt! Very frustrating! Edit: Called to reschedule appt. I was told no one got a notification of the delay except employees. Seems very unprofessional. Where's the respect for patients?"
"We took my wife to this practice on the advice of her PCP. She is having severe hip pain. On the first visit, we were told we would need to bring a disc with her xrays, which we did. Nearly an hour past our appointment time a nurse from the xray department came looking for us, chiding my wife for not being in the xray area. When we told her we had given the disc of her xrays to the receptionist, she said "Oh we didn't know that". After finally getting in to see the PA, we were told my wife would need a hip replacement but they want to try a steroid shot first, which they did that day. We were told to call if it wasn't working in 4-5 days. It didn't work. We are now on our 7th call in 10 days, trying to get a response from the PA/Doctor on next steps. We have not had ONE return call. Horrible customer service. We are now looking for a practice that will actually care about their patients."
