"The employees here Leer and hover the entire time you are shopping. I've never felt more uncomfortable by a male employee in my LIFE. Staring at me the ENTIRE time I'm shopping? Freaking creepy. Pick another drugstore."

"I wanted to shout out to Michael at the pharmacy here for being professional while also being human. I had a terrible experience with the Walgreens up the street on Hampden (DO NOT GO THERE) and I called here to see if they could help. Lucky for me, Michael was working and listened to what had happened and helped me transfer a scrip here and filled it in time before they closed. Most every pharmacy is understaffed these days, but he still took the time to help and it didn't go unnoticed! It was much appreciated and I'll be transferring my business to this store now. EDIT: I needed to fill a scrip here that I need to take daily and it's been out of stock for the past 3 days with no ETA on when they will have it again (it's a common medication). I checked with Costco and they have it (so it's not a shortage). I will be moving my business back to Costco. All the pharmacy staff here is really nice but I don't know how CVS operates pharmacies that can't restock medications in a timely manner."

"I was so excited when this CVS opened close by my residence because it had a drive thru! My family and I have been getting our prescriptions here since they opened. While waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, I browsed the makeup section and saw a mouse run by. Unfortunately there was no staff at the registers for me to report this to. The Pharmacy is ALWAYS short staff and their drive thru is always closed. The sign on the drive thru window says “pipe burst” or “short staff”, “please come in”. Staff is somewhat helpful."

"This place has great staff, both upfront and in the pharmacy! They are always friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way for their customers. Michael from the pharmacy has been especially helpful, and has helped me locate life-saving medication at another location when I was just out of the ER. I can't recommend this CVS enough!"

"I thought when I went to the pharmacy, it would’ve been a good one to get my medication’s delivered to unfortunately, I was disappointed due to the fact of lie about my insurance I had to go to the pharmacy in target to get the respect that I needed the girl name. Priscilla lied and said that my insurance did not cover, my prescription at the time I said there for over 30 minutes waiting for my albuterol. This is poor customer service. When people are sick I will never get my prescription filled again. I will just go to the CVS and target. Went over to the CVS and target. The lady was very nice and very appropriately. She filled my prescription as needed. She said there’s nothing wrong with your insurance. I was just so shocked for a person to lie to your face just like that."
