"They ask for MILITARY ID at the gate of the military base where this store is located. If you are a civilian they won’t allow you to go inside to buy stuff at this location. Don’t waste your time"

"Extremely rude. Poor customer service. It seems as if they don't want to work. If you ask about a product you are told to ask Google. If you ask about ordering a product you are told to just use the website. I wonder why this store exist in the building if all they tell you is use the website. The state of the employees here makes the BX look bad. I recommend a staff change."
