"The location is excellent with a view of the Garden of the Gods. Rooms are really clean. I've stayed in many rooms here , over time, and they are always clean. We stayed in the jacuzzi room again. Nicer mattress than previous stay. Breakfast is served during the summer months. I stay here whenever I come thru town."

"The bed was horrible / too small and a totally mouse house hole in the wall. Smelled very strong of deodorizers and had to kill some spiders. Not a good pick we but were too tired to look around. Overpriced considering the quality . Look at all your options before staying ...Bad on us. I hate to give such a poor review."

"Beautiful tucked away location, fair priced heated swimming pool. Water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great but other than that it was a wonderful stay I took my four kids for the weekend and we were within 15 minutes from each of our destinations; garden of the gods, penny arcade, space foundation center, and cave of the winds. We will definitely be back to stay. Parking was limited but it was okay"

"This mom and pop motel has been recently remodeled, and while not fancy it is clean. Close to local activities, safe, good breakfast and reasonable on price. I would definitely stay here again. Family friendly and comfortable beds with clean bathrooms."

"We stayed 16 years ago and again recently, and it was even better. They are super dog friendly. The pool is just right; especially in the morning. The vibe is exceptional, with people enjoying the property in a respectful and generally quiet way. Very friendly. Nice breakfast options. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. I have no complaints, only compliments and happy memories. Saddle Up, folx!"
