"This place was awesome. We were in the mountains, in a quiet RV park but very close to downtown. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were well maintained. The park is next to the hot springs so for us this was a plus. We would recommend this RV park to anyone."

"Best part about this camp is location! Waking up in the heart of such a magnificent town is SO spectacular!! The bathhouse was kept ultra clean. Secret hot springs trails in the back!! Police drive through every so often making me feel safe having my family out on our first camping adventure. I highly recommend booking your stay here if visiting the beautiful city, Ourey Colorado"

"Definitely not the way I prefer to camp. Sites are so close that I wasn't able to extend my awning on my class C. To sit outside your options were to set up in front or behind your rig. Gravel road along the sites has continual traffic where avg speed is around 20 mph. Very disappointed and left 1 day earlier than what we had planned. No way will be back at this CG/trailer park."

"We needed a camp ground (no hook ups, no water) for one night and found this gem! It’s walking distance to the Hot Springs, downtown and the restrooms were spotlessly cleaned! They had toilets and showers on-site. It also was very quiet at night and in the morning—no late night parties. We loved this place and will be back."

"We wanted to thank Jill and the amazing staff that help keep the place in such beautiful condition. We stayed at the site for about 3 weeks and loved it. The showers and the bathrooms were so clean.
