"From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Both the Basecamp and The Million are wonderful additions to the stay. Would come back to stay again."
"I recently had an outstanding experience at M.T.N Lodge! The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the exquisite dining options to the well-appointed rooms, every aspect exuded excellence. I highly recommend M.T.N Lodge! for a truly five-star experience."
"The lodge appeared new and freshly renovated. Some of our party ate at the restaurant and reported a good dining experience. My room was comfortable and attractively furnished. While the desk and its chair were a nice feature, a more comfortable chair for reading would be appreciated. All in all, a good stay."
"If you’re looking to be accommodated in any way, this is likely not the hotel for you. I’ve stayed at hundreds of different hotels and base my reviews off of 4 different areas. How accommodating the hotel is, cleanliness, ease of use (appliances, air conditioning, shower, etc) and food options. I was unable to get an early check in upon arrival (1 hr early) which was unfortunate because I was going to a smaller town about 50 minutes away until late. Upon my actual arrival to the room the room itself was very clean and had no unusual smells. In terms of ease of use, the air conditioner looked very old and outdated and was unable to be adjusted to a specific temp. This led to us being very hot one night and freezing cold the next. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well but the shower was unable to be adjusted to a nice warm temperature. It was either slightly cold or extremely hot. The first morning we decided to try the hotels’ breakfast burritos since we had very few food options in the area. For $25 we were given 2 bacon burritos (they were out of ham) that were labeled 12/30. We were served these “fresh” burritos on 1/1, two days later. Safe to say that they were inedible and we couldn’t stomach half. The rest of the night at the hotel went smooth and we slept quite well despite being very cold. I asked for a late checkout as we woke up around 9:30 and were told that the hotel didn’t allow a late check-out. This was disappointing because we had read in a note inside the room that late check-outs were an option based on availability. The front desk person didn’t bother to check. I will likely never return as there are other options in the surrounding areas at equal price points."
"Room was clean and hotel is convenient. However, the smoke detector randomly beeped throughout the night. Then after not sleeping I went to take a shower and there wasn’t any towels. Luckily there was a maid in the hall. Overall, pretty disappointed I was looking forward to a restful night sleep."
