Comfort Inn Grand Junction I-70

"Actual worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Booked a reservation on Expedia and it was for the clarion. My mistake going to comfort inn I misread the reservation. However upon arriving I went inside to the front desk where I was met by staff. I asked to check in and the lady was unable to find my reservation via card number. So I provided my drivers license and credit card to put on file for incidentals. During this the cashier was unable to help me and had to get help from her coworker. Upon her coworker coming to the counter she proceeded to ask me to confirm my name. I told her my name as it is on my id and credit card and the reservation was completely under someone else’s name and financial information neither one of them verified my name matched she told me it was for two nights I told her I don’t think that’s accurate I only booked one night she said it says right here two nights I asked her to confirm again and she did. So I proceeded through the rest of the check out process and was given keys to a room that didn’t not match my name or information. I had no idea it was the wrong hotel and they 100% should’ve caught the error. Instead they proceeded to kick me out and transfer to the ground the other hotel which thankfully just happened to be across the street at 9 o clock after THEIR screw up. I asked several times for them to verify the information because as soon as she said 2 nights I knew something was inaccurate. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. If 0 stars was possible that would be my rating."

"No major issues. Hotel was nice and very clean. I'm not sure who Lulu is but she signed the card saying she cleaned the room and seems she did a pretty good job."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was hot and ready, and the staff there very efficient and helpful we're looking forward to staying there again."
