"Fidel is awesome! Not only does he care about each and every student that goes through his class, but he cares about helping anyone willing to learn. I needed a place to do my practicals and he was gracious enough to let me do them with one of his classes. I also needed some continuing education hours and again he helped me. He allowed me to sit in on one of his conferences so that I could continue to function as an emt. The one thing I will say is if I ever needed to take a class again I would definitely take it here."
"Best Class that I have EVER been a part of, Fidel is a phenomenal instructor and taking his class was the best thing that has happened to me. I have taken other classes through different organizations and and worked with people that have taken classes through different organizations and none of them can step up to the plate quite like Professional EMS Education. Hands down I would recommend to anyone out there. Its challenging but the reward far outweighs challenge. Many doors have been opened for me since being in class with these guys. FIVE STARS and then some!"
"I met Fidel at the beginning of 2015 because I was interested in taking his EMT Basic class. My timing was off and I had to put the class off for a few months. Fidel and I stayed in contact over the months and every time I emailed or called him with any question he was quick to respond to my every email or call. He was extremely patient with me and understanding of my situation. In September of 2015 I was finally able to take the class. Fidel welcomed me into the class and I began the funnest, most rewarding and challenging time of my life. His class was absolutely amazing, all the instructors are awesome and were there for each and everyone of us at the drop of a hat. Not only did Fidel and the other instructors offer any of their time outside the classroom to come in and help any student who felt they needed it they too were there to help and listen to each and everyone of us. I passed this class with my head held high and made some great friendships along the way! I just want to thank Fidel and Lisa and all the instructors who helped make my experience the absolute best! No where around can you get an education like the one they offer here! I recommend anyone who is looking to advance their career in EMS to contact Lisa and Fidel and get started!"
"I first met Fidel while I was teaching in the health sciences department at CMU. He and Lisa are wonderful people who have dedicated their entire lives to the education of healthcare providers in the Grand Valley. Fidel is the single most talented instructor I have EVER had the pleasure of working with or learning from. His classes focus on skill mastery through scenario-based learning, with didactic lecture serving as a guide to hands-on approaches. I personally have taken many classes from Fidel, including ACLS, PALS, BLS, BLS instructor, AMLS, PEPP, & cardiac dysrhythmias. Additionally, I have worked very closely in the field with the medics and EMTs that Fidel has trained. They have superior clinical reasoning and are comfortable in a variety of situations. While Fidel does employ some of his fresh EMT students in limited roles, many of his lead instructors are seasoned providers with a wealth of knowledge and experience, most still active in their field of expertise. I chose to begin instructing for Fidel on an as-needed basis after personally witnessing his mastery of emergency medicine. I have a degree, licensure as an RN, certification as an EMT-I, and have actively worked in healthcare since 2003. Neither Fidel nor Lisa have ever failed to respond to any attempts to contact them in a timely manner (usually it's within minutes), nor have they ever failed to treat me with respect. Although it is not my full-time job, Fidel and Lisa are my favorite employers by far. Fidel's company is the premier education choice in Western Colorado and I strongly encourage all healthcare providers take a class from Professional EMS Education."
"Absolutely amazing. I took Fidel's EMT Basic class this summer and it really changed my life. It was the most challenging and rewarding thing I've ever done. The instructors all are very knowledgeable and two of the nine are currently on the Clifton Fire Department and another on the Delta County Ambulance District. Another is in Clifton's academy. They all have real world experience which helps them to stay grounded in the field in which they teach. I went through this class with three other people who went from being complete strangers to being very good friends of mine. Their classes will push you and challenge you to learn, but they are also so much fun and very rewarding. I'd recommend them to anyone."
