"I ordered a pair of shoes January 26th 2024, for my daughter’s prom March 1. They were $53.15. The shoes were delivered in 3-4 days. The problem with the shoes was they were 2 right shoes. Not 1 left and 1 right shoe. Like a normal pair of shoes. Avery was the one that packed them and shipped them. Great Quality control! Now it’s February 23rd. I called on them and they have canceled my order without contacting me, because they are out of stock. Now they want to refund my money with a check, or a gift card to their store. Like I’d purchase anything from them again! Here we are a week away from prom and my daughter has no shoes, and Journeys doesn’t seem to care. It’s like they have no feelings. I will never buy another pair of shoes from this worthless shoe store. My wife has been on the phone with their corporate office and they don’t give a damn either!"

"I went in here yesterday, brought me back to 1996. All four team members were just amazing!!! Friendliness, thorough, I didn't find the shoes I wanted, they seemed more disappointed than me.
