"Not bad for inexpensive tools. Mostly made in China. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Overall my experience was productive and fun. If you expect top of the line tools this really isn't the plac3 to shop but I'd your lookin for functional tools at very affordable prices, give this outfit a try. Selection is pretty good in most cases but there's a few categories that they're lacking in such as trailer hitches and accessories. Otherwise this is a top notch business and I give em my recommendation for affordable tools"

"The employee told me that they didn't have the tool even though online it said it was in stock. Then, he proceeded to tell me no harbor freight within 50 miles has one. I called the next closest store (5 miles away) and they informed me they had two in stock. Seems that some training is needed on how to use the computer or look at stock."
