The young man left all my items on the counter rather than handing them to me. I definitely have not had this experience before, and he began helping the next customer placing our order side by side. I could see how this could be confusing. It only takes a moment to gather the items and hand them to your customers. Making it easier for them and preventing loss for you and the customer behind them..."

"Store wasn't the neatest. There was also an employee complaining about their job on the floor at check outs with another saying how people showed up and 9 and it got crazy and she almost quit. While I understand the frustration of any job, complaining about it on the floor where customers can hear you not necessarily a good idea"

"You can see why this place doesnt struggle with the staffing issues like the other one in town. It was Christmas rush and I watched the manager ask the cashiers if they needed a break from their registers, then took their meal orders and rushed off to get them food. It was clear management cared about employees and it trickled down to cashiers being happy and polite."
