"Great store fast lines. A lot of gear there too"
"My credit has been charged twice for the same item that I purchased from this store and I live one and half hour away from the store. My mistake was that I did not double checked my receipt. Well, this store do not have any online refund system. In order, to get $17.00 refund I have drive 3 hrs. And, customer service do not even took an opportunity to apologize for whatever they have done. They simply told to come back to store to get refund as if nothing happened from their side."
"Had to do an exchange and the ladies made it so seemless!! Great customer service"
"This place has went way down hill since it opened. The store is messy and crowded with random merchandise that makes it hard to shop around. I was there on Saturday and it was busy (totally fine) but I got my items and got in the LINE that went all the way back to the dressing room, no joke. Stood there for 30 minutes and didn’t really move all that far. Decided it would be at least another 45 before I made it to the front so I set my stuff down and left. I’m sure the cashiers were working as quickly as they could so nothing against them, but it’s unfair to customers and to staff to be that short handed. Meanwhile I’m sure there is a manager or two around that could be helping. Also, the bathroom was a mess and def needed attention. Floors in the store are dirty and there is lots of merchandise on the floor or falling off the shelves. There is some mismanagement here obviously. Save your money and go to Home Goods or a nice TJ!"
"I cant shop here anymore. Since the pandemic, they are so understaffed that their line consistently extends beyond the impulse buy maze meant to hold excess customers, and all the way to the back of the store. In the photo I posted, I was standing at the back and on the left, you can see the line of people stretching all way to the front. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Twice I put my stuff down without purchasing. Once I made the mistake of waiting for what ended up being 30 minutes. It's not worth it. Their prices are not bottom dollar like they used to be and I can go to other stores and wait in a decent sized line for similar merchandise. I know the pandemic made stores short staffed, but somehow they are much worse off than other stores. Poor management perhaps?"
