"Please let me Share my experience with Buds Warehouse we have done business with this company for years. Customer service was ok. But there is always room for improvement. Right?. We had kitchen cabinets to donate we called this company first made arrangements to have them picked up my husband had a heavy tool set inside one of the cabinets I figured that the men would of set it aside I went to check on this tool No where to be found I called and ask to speak to a Manager. I was told that I would get a call back NO SUCH CALL so I called again still nothing my third call finally a call back but if course nothing was done I will Not do business with this company"

"We do love this place. That being said, finding what you need or are looking for is hit and miss. We bought a brand new storm door (in the box). Also, a wood butcher block countertop, chairs, etc. It all depends on what has been donated."

"Went to Bud’s yesterday (I must have called 15 places that all just wanted a quick buck, before someone recommended I head here). I was in pinch with a quick timeline to replace some cheap doors. I walked in with a lot of requirements and questions I didn’t have the answer to and left paying 1/3 of what I would anywhere else with a much nicer product. Everyone from walking in to loading into my car was awesome! Bobby is the man and taught me so much about doors based on my situation in 15-20 minutes. Would have been 5 if I wasn’t so excited asking him questions. The place is no joke. They really care, and you can tell they have a mission beyond just money. Thats clear the minute you walk in. Everyone you talk to truly wants to help!"

"BUD’s is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about the store and organization it supports. It helps to have some patience when shopping at BUD’s b/c you need to kind of hunt around for what you’re looking for but I have now remodeled three homes with materials primarily from BUD’s (tile, cabinets, paint, hardware, toilets, vanities, furnishings, windows, etc) and we’ve estimated it saved about $80,000 on material costs. I find the staff are always willing to help find something, load something, bundle products together for a little better volume pricing, etc Wonderful place!!"
