There were a few other customers behind me so instead of taking the time to answer my questions, he just looked at the other customers and said "I don't know, I'm not a licensed plumber". So I went to Home Depot and found a non-licensed plumber who was very helpful and took 5 minutes to help me with a solution. Only come here if they have a part you need, not if you need help or advice."
