"I called 15 minutes ago and asked how much they charge for a propane refill. The woman on the phone said $3.49 per gallon, I thanked her and said I'd see them shortly. I haul *** over here as they are getting ready to close and I urgently need propane. I get here with about 15 minutes to close and tell them I need someone at the gate to help with a propane refill, it's AT THIS POINT that I am told they don't have any propane to sell, their tank is empty. It baffles me as to why I was not told of this on the phone when I said I'd see them shortly, IF I HAD BEEN then I could have made it to the Lafayette store before they closed and gotten what I urgently need, but now my family and I are screwed. Not coming to this location again, very very bad service."
