Reviews
"Just had my second bad experience at this store because I didn't give my phone number at checkout! I simply wanted to patronize a local business, buy a tool and go about my day in peace. However when at checkout, the same female clerk gave me attitude and got snotty with me for not giving my phone number and proceeded to treat me like I was less than the other customers for not complying. You just lost a customer of over 30 years because of this behavior!"
"Great prices and friendly associates. We always find more than we're looking for."
"I've been to several Harbor Freights in the area, they are all clean, well organized, stocked to the ceiling and have fabulous, friendly staff. This one was no exception! The prices are unbeatable and the quality is exceptional! I love, love, love, Harbor Freight for all the above reasons but mainly because, unlike some of the bigger home improvement stores, they happily acknowledge their female shoppers. There's always someone around to ask for help in a non-condescending manner! Sometimes, when I shop at Home Depot or Lowe's, they act like l don't belong and it's very irritating. Thank you Harbor Freight for remembering that women are handy too!"
"I feel discriminated as I only had 1 item and was refused to be checked out ( was closing register) no other person behind me and only one item , so I left the item and left the store"
"Great store. Friendly staff. Good prices. Quality selection. My go-to for tools and supplies that won't leave me broke."
